Delaney Ann McDonough



Delaney Ann McDonough was born in New York City and received her formal artistic training at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan where she majored in illustration. Under the renowned illustrators and artists Marvin Mattleson, Jack Endewelt, and Daniel Adel she developed her talent focusing her interest into classical realism and portraiture. Her composition possesses the influences of Sargent, Ingres, Wyeth and Liepke. Exhibitions of her work have been displayed at the Art Directors Club and Society of Illustrators in New York. Further experience includes an apprenticeship with Daniel Adel, a portrait and editorial artist. Her passion is the challenge of capturing the unique personality of each of her subjects.
